Active Ingredients
• 6% Niacinamide: Reduces sebum production, Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial

• 2% Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate: Reduces inflammation associated with acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis

• Oligopeptide-10: Antimicrobial peptide

Break the plastic cover on the tip of the ampoule, leaving the applicator exposed. Squeeze out several drops of the ampoule and apply onto the face and neck up to twice a day, or as instructed in your consult with Coastal Glow Skin Clinic.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10 or you may select your own shipping rates.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. Shipping during the holiday season can be extended. Please expect shipping delays from October - December. United States orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 1-6 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, pending your selected shipping time frame.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or UPS scanning in your package.
